Hi! I’m Jennifer

I coach women to reach their health and fat loss goals—without cutting out the foods they love or sacrificing their lifestyle.


I am a wife and mom of three active boys, and a certified women’s nutrition and mindset coach. I spent years stuck in the same exhausting cycle: dieting during the week, binging on weekends, cutting out all my favorite foods, and feeling like a failure when I couldn’t stick to it.

I tried all the quick fixes: low-calorie diets, skipping meals, avoiding “bad” foods… but all it did was leave me overwhelmed, hungry, and constantly thinking about food. With a full plate at work and home, I didn’t need another complicated plan. I needed something simple. That’s when I found a different way—one rooted in flexibility, not restriction. I learned how to use macros as a sustainable tool to fuel my body and shift my mindset around food. No more labeling food “good” or “bad.” No more guilt. No more obsessing or starting over. Now, I help other women do the same.

If you make me choose between Italian and seafood, we’re never making it to dinner on time.

I grew up competing—soccer, track, softball, field hockey. These days, I’ve traded cleats for barbells.

I live with my husband, 3 boys and 2 dogs in South Jersey.

And yes, I am still bummed Justin Timberlake didn't perform at my wedding!
